Everyone has times in life where they feel disconnected, unsure, or unsatisfied. At times like these it can be difficult to reach out for support and to feel heard. I hope to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to allow my clients to reach their goals and to live a healthier, more fulfilling life. I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families facing problems related to depression, anxiety, addictions, parenting concerns, relational distress, and life transitions. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice, but draw from mindfulness-based therapies, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and the Gottman Method when working with my clients. I offer individual and family psychotherapy and counseling and provide primarily evening appointments to assist with offering appointment times that fit into busy lifestyles.
